This Privacy Policy is provided pursuant to the Personal Information Protection Act, SA 2003, c P-6.5 (PIPA – Alberta).
1. Collection
We collect personal information reasonable for identified purposes, including contact details, financial information, and property data.

This Privacy Policy is governed by the Personal Information Protection Act, SBC 2003, c 63 (PIPA – British Columbia).

4. Quebec Privacy Policy (Private Sector Act – Bill 25)

This Privacy Policy is governed by the Act Respecting the Protection of Personal Information in the Private Sector, CQLR c P-39.1, as amended by Bill 25.
1. Collection
We collect personal information including name, contact details, financial data, and property-related information, only for purposes identified at the time of collection.
2. Use
Information is used solely for the purposes for which it was collected, including real estate transactions, compliance, communications, and fraud prevention.
3. Disclosure
Disclosure is permitted to service providers, business partners, and regulatory authorities, subject to consent and legal obligations.

5. Governance & Safeguards

We must notify both the Commission d’accès à l’information (CAI) and affected individuals of any confidentiality incident presenting a risk of serious injury.
